Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Hello one & all...made a new recipe last night and it was a big, big hit!

Crustless Pumpkin Pie

1 egg and 1 egg white
15 oz. can pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup dry milk
3/4 cup water

Mix all ingredients till smooth. Pour into 9" pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350. Pie is dione when a knife comes out clean 1" from center. (Will still jiggle and will continue to set up while coolin!) This was delic and actually very good for you! Lo-fat  and lo-cal...
